IT 🪜 FOLLOWS

It Follows (2014) was written and directed by David Robert Mitchell. It follows 19-year-old Jay (Maika Monroe), who learns after sleeping with a new boyfriend that she has been "passed" a curse: a shape-shifting entity that walks slowly but relentlessly toward her, visible only to those who carry it. If it reaches her, she dies, and the only way to get rid of it is to pass it on to someone else the same way. With a score written by Disasterpeace, it's one of my favorite horrors.

Theme: Scary movie season

Scary movie season is upon us! 👻 I'm not much of a fan of horror movies, as I get grossed out pretty easily. But I try to see a few every year. This year I finally caught up with The Thing, which was, as everyone said it was, phenomenal. Here are a few spooky movies that I like, and a few others that I've been meaning to catch up with.
